Guest Service Specialist - Salon Coccole

Salon Coccole is a premier Salon in Zurich Illinois. We are hiring a part-time Guest Service Specialist to support our busy team of experienced stylists.

We are looking for that someone who can add to the client experience with the same care and passion that will make the customer feel exceptional when answering the phones, greeting the client upon arrival, and paying attention to the details of what needs to be accomplished in the salon.

Guest Service Specialist responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and managing appointments for stylists


• Light cleaning and maintenance of stylists' stations and the salon


• Ready to start the days with a positive attitude and happy vibes to ensure the salon is running smoothly throughout the day


• Enjoy educating clients on products for at-home care of their hair


• Experience with Social media marketing is a plus, but not required
